The 120 Mile Year was designed for walkers or those who are perhaps daunted by the idea of running. Track your progress and see a pattern develop in your routine.

✺

How to Use

1) Use your favorite running app (Strava, Nike, RunKeeper, Map My Run, Etc.) to record the distance your runs.

2) Log each running day in the Frequency Chart on the left side of your print.

3) At the end of each month, record and compare your total monthly total miles to your monthly goal.

✺

Note: If you didn’t meet your monthly goal – no problem, you can make up those miles in the next month. Remember, this is a year long challenge and the most important part is your final annual run total.
