If you’re a consistent runner, and you are looking to challenge yourself with weekly run totals of up to 25 miles, The 1000 Mile Year is for you.

How to Use

1) Use your favorite running app (Strava, Nike, RunKeeper, Map My Run, Etc.) to record the distance your runs.

2) Log each running day in the Frequency Chart on the left side of your print.

3) At the end of each month, record and compare your total monthly total miles to your monthly goal.

Note: If you didn’t meet your monthly goal – no problem, you can make up those miles in the next month. Remember, this is a year long challenge and the most important part is your final annual run total.
